Bin Return Policy

To insure that proper payment is received for return of Ingomar bins and bin parts, the following procedures must be used.
1} All bins are to be returned to our plant at the following address.
Truckload/Piggy Return:
Ingomar Packing Company

Railcar Return:
Ingomar Packing Company

2) Payment for bins credit will be via our check - only upon receipt and verification by our receiving department of accurate count and condition.
3) NO DEDUCTIONS FROM INVOICES WILL BE ACCEPTED!
4) Only bin parts received in good condition that are compatible with Ingomar Packing Company bin parts will be purchased.
5) Effective July 1, 2007, bin return values will be calculated using 85% of the total return value. If an individual returned container has "excessive" damages, the customer will be advised and the excessive damages will be deducted from the return.
6) Ingomar bins or bin parts returned via another canner or clearing house will be paid net of any freight and handling charges.
7) Ingomar Packing Company requests notification of bin return shipment to: Traffic Manager

5) If bins are not returned via a return freight program, freight charges are the responsibility of the shipper, and must be sent "PREPAID".
