3.6.1. Transport by rail
For transport by rail it is important to consider which type of dunnage and loading pattern to use. A void space will remain when the rail car is loaded, this void must be filled with a dunnage bag strong enough to withstand the forces it will be exposed to during transport. At special concern is when the rail cars are humped. The containers are equipped with an anti-slip material on the feet to prevent slipping.

3.6.2 Return transport of empty container
When container is emptied, remove the disposable liner -bag. Leaving the liner-bag inside the container will prevent folding of the walls.

3.6.3 Folding the container
The walls are folded according to the following procedure:

1) Pull up Corner Rods to unlock corner connection.
2) When all Corner Rods are in upper position, fold the 44"-side walls.
3) Return the Corner Rods to lower position i.e.. re-insert in slot of 48"-side walls.
4) Fold the 48"- side wall.
5) Put lid back on

Do not to fold 48"-side walls before 44"-side walls are folded. Such an attempt will cause damage/malfunction to the hinge section of wall and base.

When folding down the container, the folding sequence is: first 44"-side walls (2 pcs.) and when both these are down, the 48"-side walls (2 pcs) can be folded. It doesn't matter which 44-wall are folded first and the same goes for the 48"-wall.
